DOJ pursues antitrust violations in pharmaceutical industry

An ongoing U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into price-fixing, bid-rigging, and other antitrust behavior in the pharmaceutical industry has resulted in seven companies being charged, including Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. (Teva), one of the largest players in the industry.[1]
