This book is dedicated to my parents Marge and Jud Snell, who were flawed, honest, ethical, trusting, and respectful of others. When I wonder why I have found such a comfortable place in the compliance community, I always think of them. They gave me a strong foundation of humor and integrity, which has helped me in every aspect of my life.
