Use of funds

42 U.S. Code § 9859e. Use of funds

(a) In generalA State that receives an allotment under section 9859c of this title shall use the funds made available through the allotment to carry out two or more activities consisting of—
(1)
providing training and education to eligible child care providers on preventing injuries and illnesses in children, and promoting health-related practices;
(2)
strengthening licensing, regulation, or registration standards for eligible child care providers;
