US and China close to a deal to end trade war

Talks in Washington in February between US and Chinese negotiators show promising signs of an end to the trade war that rocked markets and industries around the world last year. People close to the talks hoped a deal could be reached by trhe end of April, when Chinese special envoy Liu He will be in the US to meet with President Donald Trump.
