Compliance professional’s role in ethical leadership

There has certainly been a lot written about the importance of ethical leadership over the past 20 years, and I think we can all agree that ethical leadership from our governing bodies and executive leaders plays a vital role in developing and maintaining a culture of compliance in our organizations. It is equally important for compliance professionals, at every level of the organization, to demonstrate ethical leadership to ensure an effective compliance program.
