SCCE & HCCA conducted a member survey in June and July of 2021, the results of which will inform many of our strategic decisions in the coming months and years. Two factors led to my decision that we can draw solid conclusions from this survey:

  1. We were assisted by an outside expert on survey design, resulting in a survey that produced statistically sound results, and

  2. Your tremendous response and participation.
