§ 59.202 Definitions.

As used in this subpart:

(a) Act means the Public Health Service Act.

(b) State means one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.
