Let an effectiveness review be a roadmap for your next compliance officer

A compliance program effectiveness review is the best way to prepare the organizaiton for a new compliance officer. Organizations have often commented on the value and time saved in getting a new compliance officer up to speed and hitting the ground running by being able to hand them a recent effectiveness review report and a compliance work plan with the recommendations for improving the program.
