§ 560.315 Information or informational materials.

(a) For purposes of this part, the term information orinformational materials includes, but is not limited to, publications, films, posters, phonograph records, photographs, microfilms, microfiche, tapes, compact disks, CD ROMs, artworks, and news wire feeds.
