§ 63.2515 What notifications must I submit and when?

(a) General. Except as specified in paragraph (d) of this section, you must submit all of the notifications in §§ 63.6(h)(4) and (5), 63.7(b) and (c), 63.8(e) and (f)(4) and (6), and 63.9(b) through (h) of subpart A that apply to you by the dates specified.

(b) Initial notification. (1) As specified in § 63.9(b)(2), if you startup your affected source before November 10, 2003, you must submit an initial notification not later than 120 calendar days after November 10, 2003, or no later than 120 days after the source becomes subject to this subpart, whichever is later.
