Membership of Committee

42 U.S. Code § 6632. Membership of Committee

(a) Composition; appointmentThe Committee shall consist of—
(1)
the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy established under subchapter II of this chapter; and
(2)
not less than eight nor more than fourteen other members appointed by the President not more than sixty days after the Director has assumed office (as provided in section 6612 of this title).
