(a) DefinitionsIn this section:
(1) Eligible entityThe term “eligible entity” means—
(A)
a for-profit corporation;
(B)
a nonprofit corporation; or
(C)
an institution of higher education.
(2) Program
The term “program” means a program established under subsection (b).
