As we conclude the first quarter of the new decade, it’s a time to reflect and make necessary adjustments to achieve compliance program objectives as well as personal goals. Many organizations are evaluating whether revenue is meeting, exceeding, or falling short of targets. If the latter, making adjustments becomes an organizational priority. Likewise, this is an opportunity for compliance officers along with compliance committees to evaluate the work plan and adjust risk priorities, if necessary.
