2020 has finally come to an end. Although it is a year we will likely never forget, it is time to look forward to a new year and a fresh start. There is no better time to review and refresh your organization’s compliance and ethics training. Below are a few tips to start the year off on the right foot.
Review and update content
Compliance training content should be reviewed and updated at least yearly. Be sure to include any new or revised policy changes and regulatory requirements. Tailor the training based on the results of prior audits or major investigations. Don’t forget to review and update compliance intranet pages, digital signage, posters, and other media.
