This year, the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) was again proud to sponsor the Roy Snell Health Care Regulatory and Compliance Writing Competition, conducted by the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Each year participating students nationwide are given a set of facts to analyze, identify what regulatory and compliance concerns are posed, and provide advice via two documents to different recipients within the hypothetical organization.

Entries are judged by a panel of compliance and legal experts, including HCCA board member Gabe Imperato. Winners receive a cash prize and a complimentary trip to the Compliance Institute.
