The day I made 545 friends

October 16, 2017 is a day I’ll remember for a long time. That’s the day that SCCE & HCCA sent out the email announcing my appointment as Incoming CEO. That same morning, Roy made the announcement at SCCE’s Compliance & Ethics Institute. He also suggested that it would be nice if you connected with me on LinkedIn. By the end of the day, I had 545 new LinkedIn contacts (and LinkedIn sent me a “we noticed you’ve had a lot of activity” notice). And that number has been rising steadily ever since.
