Compliance plans are a road map for annual activities that healthcare organizations follow to drive compliance.

Annual compliance plans also help organizations establish effective compliance programs. Compliance plans are included in the first element—standards, policies, and procedures—of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines,[1] and it is addressed under that same element in the Measuring Compliance Program Effectiveness: A Resource Guide.[2]
