42 U.S. Code § 19341. Applied laboratories infrastructure restoration and modernization
(a) Definition of National Laboratory.In this section, the term “National Laboratory” means—
(1)
the National Renewable Energy Laboratory;
(2)
the National Energy Technology Laboratory;
(3)
the Idaho National Laboratory;
(4)
the Savannah River National Laboratory;
(5)
the Sandia National Laboratories;
(6)
the Los Alamos National Laboratory; and
(7)
the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
