42 U.S. Code § 12315. Administration

(a) Duties of CommissionerIn carrying out this subchapter, the Commissioner is authorized to—
(1)
provide consultative services, technical assistance, and short-term training to the independent State bodies;
(2)
conduct research and demonstrations;
(3)
collect, prepare, publish, and disseminate special educational or informational materials, including reports of the projects for which funds are provided under this subchapter;
