Debbie Troklus

Debbie Troklus, CCEP-F, CCEP-I, CHC-F, CHRC, CHPC, is the president of Troklus Compliance Consulting. With more than 27 years’ experience in the compliance industry, she has acted as an interim compliance officer; conducted compliance effectiveness, risk, and billing and coding assessments; provided education and training for boards of directors; and consulted on regulatory compliance with a focus on the healthcare sector. Prior to consulting, Troklus was the AVP of compliance at the University of Louisville Health Sciences Center. Troklus is also a cofounder of the Health Care Compliance Association and serves on its board. She also serves as president of the Compliance Certification Board. Troklus is based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
